| Regolamento Geckoland
Il forum di Geckoland è stato creato per dare la possibilità agli appassionati di gechi di confrontasi, ricevere consigli, scambiarsi esperienze, risolvere problemi. La sua missione principale è offrire un servizio comune di scambio, sperando che questo possa aiutare ciascuno nella migliore gestione quotidiana dei nostri ospiti.
Il forum è soggetto ad un regolamento ed è moderato di conseguenza. Questo significa che se c’è piena liberà di partecipazione, ci sono anche limitazioni essenziali e comportamenti da rispettare, per garantire la libertà e la serena partecipazione di tutti.
Geckoland si riserva il diritto di modificare in qualunque momento il presente regolamento secondo le necessità o nuove circostanze ad ora non contemplate.
Iscrivendosi e partecipando al forum si accetta il presente regolamento in ogni sua parte.
Non è consentito:
- Insulti personali e/o liti tra utenti.
- offese alle istituzioni o alla religione di qualunque fede. A prescindere dall'ampia facoltà e diritto di discutere di tali argomenti, devono essere evitati commenti in chiave sarcastica, sacrilega e/o denigratoria.
Sono inoltre vietati il razzismo ed ogni apologia dell'inferiorità o superiorità di una razza rispetto alle altre.
- atteggiamenti e/o posizioni di contestazione palesemente ostili nei confronti degli amministratori, moderatori e degli altri utenti del forum e incitamento al mancato rispetto delle presenti regole, a scopo di destabilizzazione della normale e serena partecipazione attiva al forum.
- aprire thread e/o post i cui toni siano provocatori o polemici, in quanto sicura causa di liti e/o polemiche personali tra utenti
- pubblicare e/o richiedere link a siti contenenti materiale che violi le leggi sul copyright e sul diritto d'autore - Filmati e link ritenuti osceni e offensivi, anche sessualmente, della sensibilità dei singoli. Detto materiale verrà immediatamente rimosso a giudizio insindacabile degli amministratori e moderatori
- trattare argomenti non idonei allo spirito del forum, cioè contrari al buon gusto ed al pudore, o comunque in grado di offendere la sensibilità di altri utenti
- aprire thread privi di argomenti concreti, il cui scopo sia quello di riempire inutilmente lo spazio bianco dei post. Topic di questa natura verranno subito chiusi. Questo non significa certo che non sia possibile svolgere dialoghi scherzosi purché compresi nel contesto di discussioni argomentate. E' bene ricordare che questo spazio è di pubblico accesso, quindi vanno evitati argomenti, frasari e linguaggi tipici della chat o comunque volgari e/o offensivi;
- avere un più di un account: account multipli, se identificati, verranno cancellati, non sono ammessi quindi cloni o utenti fantasma usati solo per creare scompiglio e zizzania all'interno del forum.
Gli utenti devono altresì impegnarsi per cercare di rendere leggibili i propri messaggi.
Sebbene ci siano moltissime cattive abitudini che possono danneggiare la leggibilità di un messaggio, le seguenti sono esplicitamente vietate da questo regolamento:
• Scrivere messaggi completamente in grassetto o usare il grassetto in modo eccessivo senza motivo;
• SCRIVERE MESSAGGI COMPLETAMENTE IN MAIUSCOLO;
• Usare caratteri e scritte giganti senza motivo ed utilità;
• Inserire un numero di smiles eccessivo che compromettano la leggibilita' e la velocita' di caricamento della pagina;
• Usare termini e abbreviazioni tipiche dei messaggini SMS, sostituzioni delle "c" con le "k" e cose del genere.
• Usare titoli generici del tipo "Aiuto", oppure "Problema" quando si apre una nuova discussione.
Citazione di marche, prodotti, allevamenti
Il forum è un libero spazio di discussione che dà la possibilità di citare liberamente marche e prodotti di animali, per commentarli sia positivamente che negativamente, in quanto questi giudizi sono unicamente personali. Il tutto finalizzato al consiglio reciproco, ad uno scambio d’esperienza o ad una riflessione comune. Ciò nonostante, i giudizi personali negativi non devono e non possono superare il limite della decenza, risultare gratuitamente offensivi e lesivi, con denigrazioni e volgarità totalmente fini a se stesse, all’immagine di un’azienda o di persone fisiche. Per educazione e per evitare problemi futuri ai singoli postatori ed a Geckoland. Tali messaggi saranno rimossi.
Moderatori di sezione
La figura del moderatore è necessaria non solo per garantire il rispetto del regolamento ma anche per cercare di mantenere tutte le discussioni costruttive e per garantire comunque il rispetto delle opinioni altrui.
I moderatori non sono necessariamente esperti degli argomenti trattati nel forum che moderano.
I moderatori hanno la facoltà di chiudere o cancellare una discussione ogni qual volta lo ritengano opportuno, se tale argomento non rispetta le regole descritte qui, il loro operato è insindacabile e nessun utente può permettersi attacchi personali dopo una azione di un nostro moderatore, pena l'allontanamento.
I moderatori di sezione sono individuati dallo staff.
Il loro giudizio è insindacabile e rispondono del loro comportamento solo ed esclusivamente agli amministratori del forum.
Contestazioni sull'operato dei moderatori effettuate sul forum saranno prontamente chiuse o eliminate. Spiegazioni e critiche (non in chiave polemica) rivolte a moderatori e amministratori sono accette ma solo ed esclusivamente in forma privata (via mail) o tramite il messanger del forum.
Un messaggio che contravvenga alle regole sopra esposte sarà modificato o cancellato; l'autore del messaggio verrà immediatamente allontanato dal forum a discrezione dello staff.
Qualora un utente allontanato dal forum si riscriva e venga identificato dai moderatori o dagli amministratori, verrà nuovamente allontanato.
Qualora questo utente continui a rischiversi, con l'unico fine di contestare e ostacolare il regolare svolgimento dei messaggi sul forum si procederà con la segnalazione all'autorità competente e al provider utilizzato.
Usi scorretti del forum (fenomeni di spam, ad esempio) o tentativi atti ad interromperne il normale funzionamento porteranno all'immediato allontanamento del responsabile di queste azioni e, dove applicabile, alla segnalazione all'autorità competente alla quale metteremo a disposizione tutti i dati in nostro possesso per risalire al colpevole.
In tutti i casi si solleva il proprietario del dominio, gli amministratori e i moderatori da qualsiasi responsabilità conseguenze o reazioni su quanto viene scritto all'interno del forum, ogni utente è direttamente responsabile dei contenuti dei suoi messaggi, pubblici e privati. Nel caso sia necessario, gli amministratori e il proprietario forniranno sotto diretta richiesta legale, tutto il materiale necessario affinchè una pratica legale possa essere portata a termine.

The Geckoland Forum was created to give an opportunity to the gecko’s fans to compare each other, receive advices, exchanging experiences and solving problems. Its main purpose is to offer a common exchange service, so that for everybody this will be a useful help for knowing better the geckos and their needs.
This forum is subjected to a rule, therefore it is moderated.
This means that if we have free participation, we have also certain essential limitations and behaviour to respect so that we guarantee the freedom and the serene participation of everybody.
Geckoland may modify the rule in any moment due to the new needs and circumstances not contemplate at present.
Subscribing and participating to the forum you except the present rule in every part.
It is not allowed:
-Personal affronts and/or user’s quarrels.
-Any affront to the institutions or religions in any faith/line.
Even if you have the wide right and liberty to speak about these subjects, tou have to avoid sarcastic sacrilegious or slander comments
It is also prohibited racism and every inferiority or superiority apology about a race in comparison to other races.
-Any adverse dispute Behaviour and/or positions towards the administration, moderators and other forum users.
Any inciting misbehaviour towards the present rules, trying to give problems to the serene and normal active participation of the forum.
-To open any thread and/or post with provocative or polemics tones since it may became a reason for user’s quarrel.
-To publish and/or request any web site, link that contain material which violate the copyright laws; obscene, indecent or offensive links and films, even sexual, which may hurt user’s sensitiveness. This material will be immediately removed by the administrators and moderators.
-To speak about incorrect subject that is against the forum spirit, and against decency, or however may offend the sensitiveness of the users. Posting information about illegal behaviour or activities is not permitted.
-To open a thread without any concrete subject, which only purpose is to fill the free space on the posts. This kind of post will be immediately closed. This does not mean that you cannot joke; but has to remain inside the subject of the post. It is good to remember that this is not an instant message format or chat room. No shorthand is allowed such as "u" for you. "K" for ok, that kind of stuff. Please make an effort to use proper grammar and English.
- One username per person. Imaginary friends and alter-egos do not count as another person and as such, they are not allowed to post on the forums. Posting under another individual's username and/or email address, or impersonating another member with a misleading username, signature, or statement, is a violation, so we will check and delete it immediately, if this is necessary; to avoid problems inside the forum.
The users have to try to make an effort to use the proper language and proper way of writing. Since we have lots of bad habbits in writing, some are not admitted by the rule:
•To write messages completely in bold style or use the bold style excessively without any reason.
•NO POSTING IN ALL CAPS!
•To use giant style without any reason and utility.
•To use smiles excessively those compromise the readability and the loading speed of the page.
•No shorthand is allowed such as "u" for you. "K" for ok, that kind of stuff.
•To use title as “Help” or “Problem” when you open a post.
Brands, products and breedings quotations
The forum is free discussion place that gives the opportunity to freely quote brands and animal products, to comment it positively or negatively, since these quotations are only personal. Everything is finalised for the general advices, exchanging experiences or a common reflection. Nevertheless, personal judgement, especially negative ones, does not have to get over a certain limit; does not have to be offensive or vulgar, for the management or for the people. For the sake of education this kind of messages will be removed.
Moderator's work in every section.
The moderator is necessary for the forum not only to guarantee the respect of the rules but also to keep up the level of the topic and to guarantee the respect of others opinions.
The moderators are not necessarily experts of the area they are moderating.
The moderators have the right to close or cancel the topic whenever they find it opportune, if the topic does not respect these rules.
No one can start with personal attacks after a moderator’s action. If this will happen the user will be removed.
The moderators are individuated by the staff.
Their judgments is unquestionable and they answer for they behaviour exclusively to the administrators of the forum.
Contests on the moderators behaviour published on the forum will be closed or cancelled. Explanations or complains about the moderator work is accepted in a private mail or also in the Messenger of the forum
Messages against the rules will be immediately modified or cancelled.
The author of the message will be removed.
When an user is removed and again subscribed the moderators or the administrator will newly remove him/her.
When an User will keep on subscribing after being removed, for the sake of disturbing the regular development of the messages, he/she will be signal to the competent authority to the provider in use.
Incorrect use of the forum (as spam etc.) or trying to give problems to the usual function of the forum, will bring to the removal of the responsible, and, if necessary the user will be signal to the authority of the provider.
However, the owner of the domain, the administrators, the moderators, are not responsible for what it is written inside the forum. Every user is directly responsible of his/her public and private messages. If necessary, the administrators and the owner, under a legal request, will provide for the whole material so that a legal matter can be taken to the end.
