| Non preoccuparti, i gechi non soffrono di solitudine e puoi anche tenerlo singolarmente. Il mio consiglio anzi è quello di non acquistare una femmina (a meno che tu non voglia tentare la riproduzione) poichè gli H. africanus in vendita sono al 99,99% di cattura e molto difficili da mantenere (se dai un'occhiata nelle altre discussioni di questa sezione noterai come Fred, uno dei moderatori della sezione che ha un gruppetto di questi gechi, sottolinei la delicatezza di questi animali e i loro problemi ai reni che spesso ne pregiudicano il mantenimento). Posta qualche foto appena la tua bestiola torna a casa, son curiosa di sapere se si tratti davvero di H. africanus o non si tratti più semplicemente di un leopardino o un Hemitheconyx caudicinctus, gechi molto più comuni da trovare presso negozi e privati. ---------------- Don't worry, the geckos haven't a case of loneliness and you can keep it individually. I recommend to not buy any female (unless you want to try with the breeding) cause the majority of H. africanus on sale are wc and really hard to keep (if you take a look at the other topics in this section you can see that Fred, one of the moderators of this section that has a group of these geckos, points out the delicacy of these animals and their kidneys problems).
Anyway add some pics when your gecko comes back home, i am curious to know if it's really a H. africanus or just a leopard gecko or a Hemitheconyx caudicinctus, common geckos to find by shops and breeders.
